After leaving a cushy fashion job in New York, I spent 2011 in a peripatetic blur, living out of a suitcase, traveling from coast to coast, and continent to continent. I fell in love on New Year's Day and eloped on Labor Day. I never thought I'd be married, but nothing surprises me anymore. After nine months of wayfaring, I finally settled down in Portland.
