hi, sorry i've been reading your archives :) i think this in this image and the previous one, the 'vest' is a sweater draped over her shoulders. hm. maybe you knew that and called it a 'vest' to be cheeky. either way, i love the look. it fits even now, swap a few of the colors and the accessories and it works for the upcoming rockabilly look...
Chloe seems to have found that a strapless sundress with vest is a combo that works.
