One thing I can say about Scarlett is that she's consistent. She's consistently in the cutest little 1950s outfits. I'd love to raid this girl's closet. By the way, she's wearing a nose ring, too (the bovine-like hoop between the nostrils). Yay for people who experiment with fashion.
